MBC IRS is a PAYG (pay-as-you-go) service where you pay for credits in advance  which allows for the traditional break-fix scenario of IT Support at a reasonable without the need for a long term agreement but some of the benefits.

Break-fix support definitely isn't the most efficient solution in terms of time saving and overall cost as it's reactive rather than proactive, however in the scenario of a home office or emerging business where revenue and risk aren't always a high priority and there's less urgency it's still a beneficial scenario.
